Update: COVID-19

In light of the development of the COVID-19 pandemic and the Malaysian Government response, by now we are all aware of the severity of virus and with the situation evolving quickly, we must all do our part in slowing the spread of virus and #flattenthecurve. 

Our retail store at Bangsar Village, Kuala Lumpur will also be closed from 18th March 2020 to 31st March 2020. Our online store will be open 24/7 and we will continue to launch new products carefully during this time. We hope to bring some sense of normalcy to our customers.

For all outgoing deliveries made between 18th March 2020 to 31st March 2020, logistics will likely be impacted, so please anticipate a delay during this difficult time. Order processing time may increase to 3-5 business days. International shipments may delayed to due reduced network capacity.

The distribution centre is currently up and running and taking extensive precautions to ensure the safety of its workers. We’re continuing to closely monitor local and governmental guidelines to ensure our fulfillment workers are cared for. 

From now until 31st March 2020, RM10 from every pair purchased will be donated to the COVID-19 emergency relief funds to support the front liners and vulnerable communities in Malaysia.
